Karl Selschotter

Karl Selschotter, CTDP, brings extensive experience in instructional design and development, currently serving as Manager of Design & Development at MPAC since September 2014, where responsibilities include creating instructional materials for over 1600 employees. Previously, Karl worked at BMO Financial Group as an Instructional Designer for Lean Six Sigma materials and at Direct Energy as a Learning & Development Specialist, focusing on instructional design and e-learning initiatives. Earlier roles include a combination of customer service supervision and instructional design at ESRI Canada and Boston Scientific, contributing to comprehensive training programs. Karl holds a Diploma in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics from Concordia University.
