Lori-Ann Seethaler has extensive experience in property valuation and customer relations, working at MPAC in various roles since December 1998. Lori-Ann has held positions such as Property Valuation Analyst and Manager of Valuation and Customer Relations for both residential/farm and industrial/commercial properties. Currently, Lori-Ann is the Valuation Manager overseeing cost and income property valuation for commercial and industrial properties in several geographic areas within the Niagara Region. Prior to their time at MPAC, Lori-Ann also worked as a Neighbourhood Functional Assessor for the Ministry of Finance Province of Ontario.
