Nazrul Islam, PMP, has extensive experience in systems development and integration, with a current role as System Integration Lead at the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation since May 2015. Expertise includes DevOps, AWS, Java, and various frameworks and databases such as Spring, REST API, Oracle, and PostgreSQL. Prior experience at Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited as Project Manager/Senior .NET Developer involved managing complex projects related to payment systems, ensuring project delivery balancing time, cost, and quality, and developing critical software solutions like CRM systems and transaction monitoring. Nazrul holds a Graduate Certificate in Computer Programming from Seneca Polytechnic, an MBA in Finance from Dhaka University, and a BSc in Civil Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
