Paul Campbell Frics

Paul Campbell, FRICS, has extensive experience in valuation and customer relations, currently serving as the Director at MPAC since 2001. In this role, Paul leads the delivery of valuation and customer relations products and services for residential, farm, and business property clients, ensuring quality standards and efficient resource deployment. Paul also contributed to the RICS Americas World Regional Board from November 2017 to July 2023, advancing corporate strategy and promoting professional standards. Previously, Paul held the position of senior analyst at the Ministry of Finance from 1991 to 1998. Paul holds a bachelor's degree in social sciences from Western University, with additional education from Queen's University.
