Samuel Pilkey

Samuel Pilkey is a professional with extensive experience in systems development, currently serving as a Senior Systems Developer at the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation since May 2021. Prior to this role, Samuel held the position of System Developer at MPAC from April 2019 to September 2020. Samuel completed education at Ontario Tech University between 2016 and 2020.
