Scott Milne has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. From 1996 to 2007, they worked at MPAC as a Statistical Analyst and Product Development Manager. Their responsibilities included analyzing complex data sets and developing solutions to support decision-making. In 2007, they became an IT Manager Program Coordinator at MPAC and later moved up to the position of IT Director. In this role, they demonstrated leadership in creating IT strategies aligned with business goals and fostering partnerships with stakeholders. From 2015 to 2017, they held the position of Strategic Decision and Support - Legal, Policy, and Compliance at MPAC, where they focused on developing data-driven models and interpreting trends to inform strategic decision-making. Currently, they work as the Director - Strategic Portfolio Management at MPAC, where they support the executive management group in developing and implementing corporate strategies and business plans, while also providing project management oversight for strategic projects.
Scott Milne has a diverse education history. In 1991, they attended Trent University where they earned an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics, completing their studies in 1996. In 2008, they furthered their education by obtaining a Certificate in Business Analysis from the Schulich School of Business at York University. In 2014, Scott attended the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management for an Executive Program. Scott later returned to Rotman in 2012 for the Senior Leadership Development Program. Continuing their professional development, Scott became a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner through PROSCI Canada in 2017. Currently, they are enrolled in the Professional Facilitator Program at ICA Associates, focusing on effective design and facilitation.
