Juan Carlos De La Torre is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering and desktop support. Currently serving as a System Engineer at Municipal Technologies LLC since December 2022, Juan Carlos previously held a Help Desk Administrator/Desktop Support role at the City of Weston from May 2011 to December 2022. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Kaplan Higher Education included roles such as Desktop Engineer and Desktop Engineering Team Lead from September 2003 to December 2010. Juan Carlos began the career as an Onsite Desktop Service Technician at Black & Decker and has gained diverse experience in various technical positions, culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Technology and an Associate of Science in Computer and Information Systems from Kaplan University.
