Paola Jesús Fernández Quinlan

Paola Jesús Fernández Quinlan has extensive experience in social programs and educational psychology. Currently serving as the Encargada Vinculación con el Medio and Encargada Área Red La Reina Economía Comunal at Municipalidad de la Reina since January 2020, Paola Fernández focuses on community engagement and economic development initiatives. Since 2017, Paola Fernández also coordinates the Programa Mujeres Jefas de Hogar, empowering 105 women through economic autonomy workshops. Previous roles include educational psychologist at Colegio Ramón Freire, where Paola Fernández implemented programs to enhance student behavior and academic performance, and positions in personnel selection and vocational training across various organizations. Paola Fernández holds a degree in psychology from Universidad de Las Américas.
