Carlos Tapia has extensive experience in public administration and social development, currently serving as the Coordinador Albergue Municipal for the Municipalidad de Renca since June 2019, where responsibilities include the technical and administrative coordination of the Noche Digna program in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Development. Previously, Carlos held various roles at the Municipalidad de Recoleta, contributing to the design and implementation of public safety initiatives. Carlos also has a background in academia as a tenured professor at the Universidad Academia de Humanismo Cristiano, teaching research methodologies and statistics. Additional roles include leadership positions within the Department of Cultural Development at the Municipalidad de Estación Central, where Carlos focused on cultural project management and community needs analysis. Educational qualifications include degrees in Sociology and Social Communication, alongside a diploma in Advanced Data Analysis with SPSS.
