Julie Mitchell

Julie Mitchell is an experienced community services leader currently serving as the Director of Community Services for the Municipality of Clarington since November 2024. Prior to this role, Julie held positions at the Town of Oakville, including Director of Recreation and Culture and Senior Manager of Recreation Planning & Development from April 2017 to November 2024. Earlier in Julie's career, roles at the City of Mississauga included Manager of Golf and Facility Manager from May 2009 to May 2017. Julie's educational background includes studies at George Brown College and Streetsville Secondary.
