Karen Richardson

Karen Richardson has extensive experience in engineering and management within the public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Development Engineering at the Municipality of Clarington since September 2013, Karen previously held the position of Design Manager at GHD from December 2003 to September 2013, where responsibilities included workload coordination, quality control, mentorship of junior staff, and development of design guidelines. Prior roles included Design Engineer at R.V. Anderson Associates Limited, focusing on the design of water distribution, storm and sanitary sewer, and road systems for various projects. Karen holds a degree from the University of Toronto, completed between 1990 and 1995.
