Richard Lockhart

Richard Lockhart has extensive experience in the fire department and emergency management field. Richard began their career as an Assistant Chief/Fire Marshal at the Norristown Fire Department in 1987 and currently serves as the Deputy Chief/Fire Marshal. In this role, they are responsible for fire prevention, administering the fire inspection program, and conducting fire investigations. Additionally, Richard has worked for the Borough of Ambler as an Emergency Management Coordinator and Fire Marshal since 2007. Richard is also an Instructor at the Montgomery County Fire Academy since 2008.
