David Baxter

David Baxter, CPA, CMA is currently the Director of Finance at the Municipality of Port Hope. Prior to their current role, David held positions such as Plant Financial Operations Manager and Accounting Manager at Weetabix of Canada Limited, as well as Financial Reporting Manager and Financial Analyst at GFI Control Systems North America. David earned their Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2005.
