Badr SAYEL

Badr SAYEL has a work experience that spans several years in various roles and companies within the IT and cybersecurity field. Badr is currently working as an Ingénieur Consultant Réseau & Sécurité since July 2022. Prior to this, Badr worked at Munisys, where they held the position of Team Leader Cyber Security, starting in October 2021. Badr also served as an Ingénieur Consultant Réseau & Sécurité IT at Munisys from March 2018 onwards.

Before joining Munisys, Badr worked at CBI as an Ingénieur Consultant Sécurité IT from April 2016 to March 2018. In this role, they were responsible for the design, implementation, and support of network and security solutions. Badr'sexpertise included working with Firewalling solutions such as Firewall FortiGate, Firewall Sophos, Firewall PaloAlto, and Firewall Cisco ASA. Badr also worked on VPN solutions with FortiGate & Cisco ASA.

During their time at CBI, Badr also completed a stage from December 2015 to March 2016. Prior to CBI, they had two stage roles at Axians, one from September 2015 to November 2015, and another as a Stage PFE from March 2015 to August 2015.

Overall, Badr SAYEL has a strong background in network and security consulting, with experience in team leadership and expertise in various firewall and VPN solutions.

Badr SAYEL has a solid education and certification background in the field of networks and telecommunications. From 2010 to 2012, they obtained a Diplôme de technicien spécialisé in Réseaux Informatiques from OFPPT. Badr then pursued further education and obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur Réseaux & Télécoms from ESTEM between 2012 and 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Badr has acquired various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These certifications include a Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer from Palo Alto Networks in July 2019 and August 2022, a Cisco Certified Network Associate from Cisco in November 2021, a Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Core, and TrendsCampus Advanced - Network Defense IPS and TrendsCampus Foundation certifications from Trend Micro in May 2021.

Further certifications obtained by Badr include Certified Forcepoint NGFW Administrator from Forcepoint in November 2017 and July 2019, Network Security Expert 5 FortiAnalyzer Specialist and Network Security Expert 4 from Fortinet in March and June 2018 respectively, as well as a Palo Alto Networks Accredited Sales Executive (ASE) certification in March 2019. Lastly, Badr has certifications in Ruckus WISE Level 1 Certification Exam from Ruckus Wireless in 2016 and Sophos XG Firewall V15.0 from Sophos in the same year.
