Ross Compton has extensive experience in the field of automotive design. Ross began their career as an Automotive Design Student at Coventry University, where they honed their skills from 2010 to 2014. In 2013, they had the opportunity to work as an Exterior Designer at NMHG, where they were responsible for creating future concepts for brands like Hyster and Yale.
In 2014, Ross briefly worked as an Automotive Designer at Fast Design Group, before moving on to join Bollinger Motors as an Exterior Designer. At Bollinger Motors, they collaborated with Robert Bollinger to create the exterior and interior of the Bollinger Motors B1 prototype. Ross also established a brand identity that could be followed for future products and production lines.
Ross then worked as a Digital Designer at SP1 Design in 2018 before joining Atlis Motor Vehicles as the Lead Vehicle Designer. At Atlis Motor Vehicles, they played a key role in designing vehicles until April 2021.
In 2017, Ross launched their own luxury watch brand called ONYKX, where they serve as the Director. Ross has been involved in growing the brand centered around luxury and exclusivity.
In January 2021, they joined MACCHINA DESIGN as the Director of Design, managing the design process within the company.
Most recently, Ross holds the position of Head of Design at Munro Vehicles, starting from December 2021. Overall, Ross Compton demonstrates a diverse and rich background in automotive design, with a significant focus on creating innovative and visually appealing designs.
Ross Compton attended Kesgrave High School from 2003 to 2010. Ross did not earn a degree or specialize in any field of study during this time. After completing high school, they went on to attend Coventry University, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Design. Ross Compton studied at Coventry University from 2010 to 2014.
