Aiden McNulty

Aiden McNulty is an experienced rugby coach and player with a strong background in elite player development and talent coaching. Currently serving as the Elite Player Development Officer at Munster Rugby since October 2023, Aiden previously held roles such as Provincial Talent Coach at the same organization and Head Coach for the Ireland Women's 7s at the Irish Rugby Football Union from November 2021 to February 2023. With previous experience at Ulster Rugby and Newcastle Falcons Rugby Club, Aiden's career also includes roles focused on recruitment and participation, as well as youth development, while starting as an academy player with Leicester Tigers. Aiden's coaching journey has spanned over a decade, marked by significant contributions to rugby development at various levels.
