Rob Cassidy has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of strength and conditioning coaching. Rob has worked for various organizations and rugby clubs, including Munster Rugby, Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU), Young Munster RFC, and Tipperary GAA. Rob has also worked as a strength and conditioning coach for Cistercian College Roscrea, Limerick Institute of Technology, Cistercian Preparatory School, and Limerick GAA Minor Footballers. Additionally, they have previous experience as a personal trainer at The Lakeside Hotel and Leisure Centre. Rob has demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing fitness programs, conducting assessments and testing, and providing guidance on strength and conditioning protocols.
