Beatriz Crespo has extensive experience in research and development, product management, and engineering leadership across multiple companies. Currently serving as R&D Director at Munters since April 2017, Beatriz drives innovation in product development and leads an R&D team focused on mechanics, electrical and automation, and laboratory projects. Previous roles include R&D Manager and Engineering Manager at Munters, as well as Group Manager Mechanics R&D at Atlas Copco Industrial Technique, where oversight of new product development and continuous improvements was key. Beatriz contributed significantly at Atlas Copco Craelius in product lifecycle management and strategic decision-making, and has also held positions in purchasing and sourcing. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Engineering from ETSI Industriales de Madrid and an ongoing Executive Program in Industrial Management at KTH Executive School.
