Erik Sundström

Erik Sundström has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in sales, business development, and product management. Erik is currently working at Munters as the Vice President of Commercial Excellence, where they are responsible for designing and implementing commercial methodologies and global business processes. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Business Process Management at the same company.

Before joining Munters, Erik worked at Dahl Sverige AB as the Director of Category and Procurement, where they were responsible for the product offering, pricing, supplier relations, and supply of goods. Erik also managed a team of approximately 40 people.

At SSAB, Erik served as the Director of Sales and Business Development, overseeing partnership sales, market development, and the strategic and operational management of service units. Erik led a global sales team and chaired the board for four fully owned service units.

Earlier in their career, Erik worked at Seco Tools in various roles, including Director of Product Management, Technical Director, Technical Marketing Manager, and Research and Development Project Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for product strategies, technology portfolios, and project management.

Erik Sundström attended Uppsala University from 1999 to 2005, where they obtained a Master of Science Degree in Engineering Physics. In 2002, they participated in an EU exchange program at Technische Universität Wien, studying Industrial Engineering for one year.
