Michelle Brown is a seasoned executive leader with a strong background in sales, operations, and customer outcomes. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President of Commercial and Operational Excellence at Encore, having held various high-level positions at United Airlines, including VP of Digital Products and Analytics and VP of Finance. Michelle also co-founded the RR Fund and Eighth and Quincy, while contributing as an Advisory Board Member at iSeatz. They earned a BS in Economics from Duke University in 2017.
