Linda Keldusild

Linda Keldusild has extensive experience in the field of HR and People Development. Linda is currently working at Munters as the VP/Global Head of People Development, where they are responsible for leading and implementing strategic initiatives and programs to develop people and leaders and support business growth. Linda is also an internal leadership coach, trainer, and facilitator.

Prior to joining Munters, Linda worked at Apoteket, where they held various leadership positions. As the Head of Culture & People Growth, they led a department responsible for driving the development of culture, employee engagement, learning and development, employer branding, and leadership development. Linda was also the Business Owner HR in Apoteket's agile IT development framework. Linda was involved in change management and process ownership for the implementation and continuous development of the Workday system.

Before Apoteket, Linda worked at Circle K Europe, where they served as the Global Senior Consultant of People Development and later as the Senior Director of People Development Europe (acting). Linda led the People Development team and was responsible for various areas, including development programs, employee engagement, talent management, recruitment, and leadership programs.

Additionally, Linda has experience working at Svenska Statoil AB as the People performance deployment & development lead and Recruiting Manager, as well as at Mercuri Urval as a Recruiter.

Linda Keldusild completed their education with a Masters degree in Human Resources from Uppsala University, from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they pursued courses within a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology and a minor in English at McGill University, from 1999 to 2001. Linda has also obtained various certifications, including an Immunity to Change Facilitator's Masterclass certification, a Leadership Circle Profile Coach certification, and Agile HR certification training, among others.
