Heidi L. has extensive experience in risk management and finance, currently serving in a Digital Controls role at Amazon since August 2022. Previously, Heidi held several positions at Symetra from 2011 to 2022, including Enterprise Risk Manager, where responsibilities involved the development and implementation of risk policies and management of risk tolerances. As an ICFR Program Manager, Heidi led annual scoping and risk assessments while creating departmental risk matrices and supporting ongoing risk monitoring. In the role of Finance Manager, Heidi analyzed key performance indicators and financial performance results. Heidi holds a BA in Finance, French, and Humanities from Seattle University and a BS in Accounting from Central Washington University.
