Joycelee Baumgartner

Joycelee Baumgartner is an experienced professional with a diverse background in retail, beauty, and engineering. Currently serving as the National Retail/Pro Team administrator at Murad since June 2022, Joycelee has previously held roles as Account Executive, Administrator Coordinator/National Sales Field, and Sales and Education Executive. Prior experience includes working at IT Cosmetics from October 2015 to August 2022 as a Trainer and Senior Makeup Artist and at MAC Cosmetics from May 1998 to June 2012 as a MAC Makeup Artist/Impact Team member, specializing in color artistry for runway and photo shoots. Joycelee began a career in engineering at the US Department of Defense from September 1989 to April 1994 as an Electrical Engineer and COTR contract officer technical representative, providing expertise in telemetry, electronics, and budgeting for missile testing development. Joycelee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Loyola Marymount University and also completed education in MAC artistry through the Department of Defense.
