Brad Seaman, M.Ed., is an accomplished Senior Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in managing enterprise accounts and driving client satisfaction across various industries. Currently serving at Mural, Brad previously held senior roles at BetterUp and 15Five, managing significant ARR portfolios and enhancing client engagement through tailored solutions. With a strong foundation in talent management and organizational performance, which was furthered by a Master of Education in Organizational Learning, Performance, and Change from Colorado State University, Brad has also provided consulting services as the Founder of Engage Human Capital. Prior to this, Brad held strategic roles at ClearCompany Talent Management Software and has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Wandering Seaman Photography.
