Kristina Tsvetanova

Kristina Tsvetanova has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. 💯 Kristina started their career in 2008 as a Technical Care Advisor for NOKIA in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. 💯 Kristina then worked as a Consumer Pre/Post-Sales Senior Technical Advisor for companies like NOKIA, Microsoft, and Xerox at Sitel from 2009 to 2011.

In 2011, Kristina joined Coca-Cola HBC as a Supply Chain Demand Planning Manager. 💯 Kristina later moved to AGRANA Group in 2013, where they served as a Digital Transformation Leader and Supply Chain SAP-APO Professional until 2014.

From 2014 to 2023, Kristina founded and served as the Managing Director of BLITAB, an award-winning start-up based in Vienna, Austria. 💯 Kristina led a team of 50 and co-designed a user-centric UI for their product, which was a tactile tablet for blind and visually impaired people.

In 2014, Kristina became a Keynote Speaker for topics related to digital innovation, new ventures, and startups at Business Insider. 💯 Kristina then joined PwC in 2019 and held multiple roles, including BXT Leader and Experience/Digital Venture Lead. 💯 Kristina'spassion was to enable co-workers and companies to scale design, innovation, and workshop facilitation through digital collaboration.

Kristina's work experience also includes their role as a Judge & Jury Member for MIT Solve and MIT Innovators 35 under 35 at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. 💯 Kristina was appointed as a judge for the MIT Inclusive Innovation Challenge Europe.

Currently, Kristina works at Mural, where they are involved in inspiring design work for everyone. 💯 Kristina'swork experience showcases their expertise in digital transformation, supply chain management, customer service, and leading cross-functional teams.

Kristina Tsvetanova's education history begins with earning a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Sofia. 💯 Kristina then moved on to pursue a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the same institution.

To further enhance their knowledge and skills, Kristina completed several additional certifications. 💯 Kristina obtained a PRINCE2® Foundation Certification from APMG International in November 2012, followed by certifications in Effective Management from Arthur Adams Bulgaria in May 2012 and ConsulTeam Management ApS in April 2012.

In terms of higher education, Kristina attended INSEAD for a brief period in 2018, where they participated in the ISEP, INSEAD Social Entrepreneurship Programme, focusing on Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations. 💯 Kristina later joined California Lutheran University in 2020 and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Executive MBA in 2021.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Kristina received several certifications related to their professional field. This includes obtaining the SAP Certified Application Associate - Planning and GATP in SAP SCM APO 7.0 EhP1 in June 2013 and the SAP Certified Application - Strategic Planning (DP) in SAP APO 7.0 in May 2013. 💯 Kristina also acquired certifications in Agile Development & Design Thinking from the University of Virginia, and they became a Professional Member of The New York Academy of Sciences, both in March 2020.
