Mickaël Pham has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Mickaël started their career in 2011 as a Java Developer at Atos. In 2012, they joined Zuora as a Solutions Consultant, where they leveraged Zuora and Salesforce.com APIs to build automated payment-to-invoice solutions. Mickaël then transitioned to a Software Engineer role at Zuora, where they worked on Salesforce.com development for Zuora managed packages.
In 2014, Mickaël joined Zendesk as a Software Engineer on the Billing team. Mickaël played a key role in extracting Billing and Subscription operations from a monolith into its own Rails application. Mickaël later became a Senior Software Engineer, leading a project to launch a new product called Answer Bot. Mickaël coordinated efforts with the Melbourne office and shared billing knowledge with the technical lead.
Mickaël's next role at Zendesk was as a Technical Lead, where they led a team of engineers working on projects related to Finance Ops and improving the purchase experience for enterprise customers. Finally, in 2019, they became a Staff Software Engineer at Zendesk, focusing on the Individual Contributor ladder and leading a team of five engineers. Mickaël helped onboard new engineers and ensured adherence to engineering standards.
Most recently, in 2022, Mickaël joined Mural as a Staff Software Engineer.
Mickaël Pham obtained their Master's degree in Software Engineering from San Jose State University in 2012. Prior to that, they earned another Master's degree in Information Technology from ESME, which they attended from 2006 to 2011.
