Jim Saunders

Jim Saunders has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in the sales and marketing field. Jim started their career at Milton CAT, where they managed the diesel and gas engine maintenance contract business and worked as a mechanic. Jim then joined Deutz Corporation, providing product support and technical assistance for diesel and gas engines. At Waukesha Engine, they served as a Sales Manager for the company's global industrial engine division. Later, they joined FW Murphy Production Controls, where they held positions such as Market Manager for Off-highway and Director of Industrial, Oil, and Gas Sales. At Enovation Controls, Jim held leadership roles such as Industrial Business Unit Leader, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Displays and Power Controls, and Focused Business Unit Leader for Industrial Stationary. Jim also served as the Chairman of the Off-Highway Business Forum at the Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association. Currently, Jim is Vice President and General Manager at MurCal Inc. Jim'srole includes new business development and overall leadership of the company.

Jim Saunders has a diverse education history. Jim started their education by graduating from Norfolk County Agricultural High School in 1991, where they specialized in Ag Mechanics. In the same year, they also attended both Wentworth Institute of Technology and East Coast Aero Technical School, where they obtained associate degrees in Aerospace Science.

In 1993, Jim obtained an Airframe and PowerPlant license from the Federal Aviation Administration. In the same year, they enrolled at Dean College and earned an associate degree in Business.

Moving forward, Jim pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from the University of Phoenix, completing it from 2000 to 2005.

Later on, they attended LeTourneau University from 2006 to 2008 and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus in Marketing.

Lastly, in 2013 to 2014, Jim attended the Stagen Leadership Academy's Integral Leadership Program, earning a certificate in the program.
