Rachel Whiffen

Rachel Whiffen is a seasoned health promotion and mental health advocacy professional with extensive experience in managing diverse health initiatives. As the Mental Health Advocacy Manager at Murdoch Childrens Research Institute since September 2021, Rachel has focused on advocacy efforts in mental health. Prior to this role, Rachel worked at Cancer Council Victoria for a decade, where responsibilities included leading programs for smoking cessation, influencing cancer policy, and enhancing clinical trial access. Rachel's career also includes significant contributions at HealthWest Partnership, where community health improvement was prioritized through partnerships and project leadership.
