Bruce Gardiner

Bruce Gardiner is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as Head of Mathematics, Statistics, Chemistry and Physics at Murdoch University since July 2015. In addition to this role, Bruce holds several titles, including Professor, Head of Electrical Engineering, Energy and Physics, Deputy Dean of the School of Engineering and Information Technology, and Academic Chair of Physics and Nanotechnology. Prior to this, Bruce was an Associate Professor and Senior Lecturer at The University of Western Australia from March 2009 to June 2015, and served as a Senior Lecturer in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Melbourne from January 2007 to March 2009. Bruce earned a B.Sc. in Physics and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Newcastle between 1990 and 1999.
