Jim Johnson

Jim Johnson has extensive work experience in the field of tax management and controllership. Jim started their career at KPMG LLP in 2000, where they worked as a Tax Staff and later as a Tax Senior until 2004. Jim then joined Grant Thornton LLP in the same year and served as a Tax Manager until 2007. In 2007, they moved to Murfin Drilling Company, Inc. as a Tax Director and worked there until 2020. Currently, they are working as a Controller at Murfin, Inc.

Jim Johnson obtained a B.S. in Accounting from Emporia State University between 1997 and 1999. Jim then pursued further education and completed a Master of Accountancy (M.Acc.) from Wichita State University between 1999 and 2000.
