Troy Moellinger has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate and investment industry. Troy started their career as the Broker of Record/Owner at 1st Realty Trust, where they specialized in distressed asset disposition and worked with clients such as banks and GSEs. Troy then joined Clark Investment Group as a Financial Analyst, where they focused on budgeting, tax planning, and pro forma modeling for a portfolio of self-storage, multifamily, and industrial properties. Troy later transitioned to the role of Asset Manager at Clark Investment Group, where they further maximized asset efficiency through activities such as interest rate hedging and dynamic revenue management.
Troy also worked as a Senior Investment Associate at Berexco LLC, where they placed liquidity into commercial real estate and venture capital investments. Troy actively searched for opportunities to invest in real estate and placed venture capital in investments both in the United States and overseas.
Troy's most recent role was as the Principal at Centurion Companies, where they utilized their expertise in real estate finance. Currently, they serve as the Director of Real Estate Finance at Murfin Drilling Company, Inc. where they are responsible for managing the company's real estate finances.
Throughout their career, Troy has demonstrated their ability to handle various roles and responsibilities within the real estate and investment field, showcasing their skills in finance, portfolio management, and asset optimization.
Troy Moellinger holds a Master's degree in Real Estate with a Finance emphasis from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies, which they pursued from 2022 to 2024. Before that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at Wichita State University, from 2017 to 2021. In 2017, they also attended the Asian Institute of Management, where they completed a Management Development Program in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
