Gretchen Campbell

Gretchen Campbell currently serves as an Elementary School Teacher at Murfreesboro City Schools since August 2023, following a role as a STEAM Lab Education Assistant at Erma Siegel Elementary, where Gretchen contributed to the development of engineering design projects for grades K-6 while participating in the STEAM designation team. As the Founder of S.T.E.A.M. on Wheels, an emerging non-profit organization, Gretchen aims to foster interest in STEAM/STEM programs. Previous experience includes serving as Adjunct Faculty at Middle Tennessee State University, where Gretchen enhanced student learning through technology and hands-on activities, and as Coordinator of Academic Programs at Murfreesboro City Schools, where leadership and mentoring efforts led to a 25% increase in enrollment. Additional roles include board member for the Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee and Director of Operations at the Discovery Center at Murfree Spring, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middle Tennessee State University in History and Music Education.
