Bérénice Dubois has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Bérénice started their career as an Auditor at EY in September 2014, where they worked until March 2015. Following that, they joined Printemps as a Business Analyst from March 2015 to August 2015. Bérénice then transitioned to Lynx Conseil, where they worked as a Senior Consultant from September 2016 to August 2019. Since joining Murfy in November 2019, Bérénice has held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Growth from November 2019 to December 2020, Head of Transportation Operations from January 2021 to June 2021, and currently as the Head of Customer Support, starting in June 2021 and still ongoing.

Bérénice Dubois began their education history by attending Lycée Henri Martin from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained their Baccalauréat scientifique degree. Bérénice then went on to pursue further studies at Lycée Saint Louis, classe préparatoire aux grandes écoles, from 2010 to 2012. Following this, they enrolled at ESCP Business School from 2012 to 2016, where they completed a Master in Management. In 2015, they also had the opportunity to study at Europäische Wirtschaftshochschule Berlin for a brief period to further their Master in Management. In 2016, they participated in an exchange program at Queen's University, where they obtained a Master 2 (M2) degree.
