Prachi Sharma-Kemp

Prachi Sharma-Kemp currently serves as a Solicitor and Trade Mark Attorney at Murgitroyd since October 2022, previously holding roles as a Solicitor and Trainee Trade Mark Attorney and Trade Mark Paralegal. In addition, Prachi is a member of the Young International Arbitration Group at the London Court of International Arbitration since January 2025, and has experience as a secondee to the Trade Marks team at Arm in both 2023 and 2025. Prachi has contributed to the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys as a mentor from October 2023 to September 2024 and worked as an Administrator of Intellectual Property Law at Briffa Solicitors from June 2021 to October 2022. Early legal experience includes work with prominent law chambers and drafting public interest litigations in India. Educational credentials include a Professional Certificate in Trade Mark Practice from Nottingham Trent University, an MSc in Management of Intellectual Property from Queen Mary University of London, and an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from the same institution, among other prestigious programs.
