Sarah Henry

Sarah Henry is a Senior User Experience Researcher and Designer with extensive expertise in generative, qualitative research and product strategy. Currently, as a Staff User Researcher at murmuration, they lead the user research practice for the Organizer platform, balancing operations management with hands-on research. With over a decade of experience, they have contributed to projects like California’s upcoming digital disaster relief center and have collaborated with major clients such as Microsoft, The New York Times, and Columbia University. Sarah holds an MFA in Interaction Design from the School of Visual Arts and a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from NYU. Their diverse background in UX research spans government digital services, multi-sensory XR, and large-scale SaaS projects.
