Debra Hardy

Debra Hardy has extensive experience in project management and human resources. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Murphy Electric & Industrial Control, LLC since April 2014, Debra assists with various project-related tasks, including managing paperwork, budgets, change orders, and invoicing. Prior to this role, Debra held HR Manager positions at Greenscape Land Design Inc. and Glynn Electric, Inc., where responsibilities included recruiting, onboarding, benefits management, and HR policy development. Debra's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education from Dean College and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Framingham State University.
