Phillip Pugh

Phillip Pugh is an experienced professional currently serving as the Assistant Body Shop Manager at Murphy-Hoffman Company since October 2015. In this role, Phillip oversees shop production, project management, and revenue generation through competitive repair estimates, service diversification, and strong customer relationship building. Responsibilities include damage assessment, productivity management, job scheduling, and financial oversight while also ensuring excellent customer service to both insurance companies and vehicle owners.
