Lei Lafaele

Lei Lafaele is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Murphy, Murphy & Murphy, CPAs since June 2019, Lei has also held positions including Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Assistant at the same organization. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Assistant Human Resources at the Church of the Nazarene for nearly a decade, and roles as Human Resources Officer at Suncorp Group, Human Resources Administrator at Asteron Life New Zealand, and Banking Consultant at The Co-operative Bank. Lei holds a Human Resources Management Certificate from California State University, Long Beach, a Bachelor of Commerce & Administration with a focus on Commercial Law and Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Victoria University of Wellington, and a Bachelor of Arts in Banking and Financial Support Services from The University of the South Pacific.
