Juan Anguiano, PE, is an Advisor Production Engineer at Murphy Oil Corporation, where responsibilities include production surveillance, coordination of through tubing well intervention, and support for new field development in the deep water Gulf of Mexico since July 2019. Previously, at BP from 2001 to June 2019, Juan served in various roles including Senior Petroleum Engineer for the Azeri field in Azerbaijan and lead petroleum engineer for the "Mad Dog" offshore platform and "Mad Dog phase 2" project. Juan's early career involved supporting deep water and onshore field developments in the Gulf of Mexico and the Anadarko basin. Juan holds a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, both from the University of Southern California.
