Michael Langridge has extensive experience in risk management and insurance, currently serving as Director of Risk, Insurance & Credit and Director of Corporate Insurance at Murphy Oil Corporation since July 2015. Before this, Michael held various roles at Murphy Oil from October 2004 to June 2015, including Staff Insurance and Risk Analyst. Additionally, Michael has a background in education, having served as an adjunct assistant professor at both Loyola University New Orleans and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Michael's early career included pastoral work at Bethel Baptist Church and technical roles in reservoir engineering. Academically, Michael holds a BA in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis, an MA in Economics from the University of Rochester, and a BA in Bible Languages from Missionary Baptist Seminary.
