Shinta Reinlie, PhD, is an accomplished reservoir engineer with extensive experience in dynamic modeling and reservoir simulation across various prestigious companies in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Staff Reservoir Engineer at Murphy Oil Corporation since October 2019, Shinta has previously held roles at Ecopetrol America Inc as Reservoir Engineering Advisor, Cobalt International Energy as Senior Reservoir Engineer Consultant, Freeport-McMoRan Oil & Gas as Senior Reservoir Simulation Engineer, and Maersk Oil as Senior Reservoir Engineer. Shinta gained foundational experience in reservoir evaluation and production during earlier positions at BP, ConocoPhillips, and ARCO - Indonesia. An educational background culminating in a Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin further complements Shinta’s professional expertise.
