Wail Hubaishi

Wail Hubaishi, P.Eng, PMP®, LSSBB, is a Staff Reservoir Engineer at Murphy Oil Corporation since December 2020, previously serving as a Senior Reservoir Engineer. Prior experience includes nine years at CNOOC International as a Petroleum/Reservoir Engineer, managing US shale assets with responsibilities in A&D evaluations, SEC reserves estimation, and production optimization. Wail's early career included an internship with TransCanada as a Facilities Engineering Intern on the Keystone Pipeline XL Project, focusing on pipeline construction and project procurement, and a Rotating Equipment Engineer Internship at CNOOC International, specializing in performance troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for pumping and compressing equipment. Wail holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary.
