Rachel Podell

Rachel Podell, Director of Talent, comes to Murphy Research with experience developing teams and individuals for start-ups and non-profits. Rachel loves learning from others and empowering them to reach their goals, by having meaningful conversations, connecting them to resources, and building organizational systems that better capture the needs of those around her. Rachel has a MA in Social Work from University of Chicago and a BA in American Studies from the University of Maryland. Rachel’s understanding of human motivation and passion for social innovation drives her interest in creating an engaging and supportive workplace.
