Rukesh Raghubir

Rukesh Raghubir is the current Chief Executive Officer at Murray and Dickson Construction (Pty) Ltd. Rukesh has over 15 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry.

Raghubir started their career as a design engineer with the KZN Department of Transport in 2001. Rukesh then worked as an engineer with Rezayat Group from 2002-2003 before taking on the role of site agent with Group Five "Structured Ingenuity" from 2003-2006.

In 2006, Raghubir became the Chief Executive Officer at Murray and Dickson Construction (Pty) Ltd where they have overseen numerous construction projects throughout South Africa.

Rukesh Raghubir has a degree in civil engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and a masters in Ing Management from Rand Afrikaans University. Rukesh also attended Harvard Business School, where they earned an OPM 51. Rukesh is currently enrolled in a construction management program at Stellenbosch University, and is also taking a course on the future of construction at SingularityU Nordic.
