Peter Shand

Peter Shand is a dual qualified solicitor in Scotland and England/Wales with over two decades of experience in the legal field. Currently, Peter serves as a partner at Murray Beith Murray, Solicitors, where expertise in cross-border succession planning and trusts is demonstrated. Throughout previous tenure at McGrigors, Peter focused on corporate and financial services regulation. Peter holds an LLB Hons in Law from the University of Aberdeen, earned between 1993 and 1998, and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
