Charles Black

Charles Black is an accomplished program manager and business leader with extensive experience in program management, business transformation, and digital innovation. Currently serving as Program Manager for Basin Plan Review at Murray-Darling Basin Authority, Charles previously held positions as General Manager at Wipro, overseeing the Australian Commonwealth Government lead, and at ThinkPlace, where Charles established the Digital Transformation capability. Experience includes working at Trellis Data, specializing in machine learning solutions, and founding CycleLifeHQ, the first bicycle tourism platform as a service. Charles has over two decades of experience in organizational change and program management, primarily in the public sector with notable contributions to Defence projects, and began a career as a Project Officer at Hunter Valley Research Foundation. Educational achievements include a degree in Organisational Change Management from AGSM at UNSW and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Sydney.
