Joseph Davis

Senior Director Of Operations at Murray-Darling Basin Authority

Joseph Davis has an extensive work history in the field of engineering. Joseph began their career at Patterson Britton & Partners as a Rivers and Estuary Engineer from May 1999 to April 2001. Joseph then worked for the Department of Environment and Heritage South Australia as a Coastal Engineer from September 2004 to September 2005. Davis then joined the Murray Darling Basin Commission as a Hydrology Modeller from October 2005 to April 2007, and later as a Senior Hydrologic Engineer from April 2007 to June 2008. Joseph then moved on to the Murray-Darling Basin Authority, where they held various positions including Senior Engineer, Operations Review from June 2008 to February 2011, Director, Operations Review from February 2011 to December 2012, and ultimately Senior Director of Operations from December 2012 to the present.

Joseph Davis completed their Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Newcastle, where they attended from 1995 to 1998. Following this, they pursued their Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Adelaide from 2001 to 2005.
