Nate Ward

Nate Ward is an experienced professional in land acquisition and business development, currently serving as Land Acquisition Manager at Murray Franklyn Companies since June 2023. Previously, Nate held the position of Land Broker at Land Advisors Organization since November 2018 and was involved in land acquisition at D.R. Horton from July 2021 to June 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Business Development at Jack Realty Group and Project Management in Government Contracting, backed by a Top Secret security clearance from 2011 to 2016. Nate earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing on Marketing, from The College of Saint Rose in 2010.
