Tammi Miller

Tammi Miller has over 25 years of work experience in various roles within the field of Human Resources. Tammi began their career at Administrators and Consultants, Ltd. in 1993, where they worked in customer service until 1997. Tammi then joined The Securus Group, Inc., first as an Employee Benefits Professional from 1997 to 2007, and later as the Director of Human Resources from 2007 to 2012. In their role as Director of Human Resources, Tammi managed internal HR functions such as compliance, benefits, recruiting, staffing, and retention, and also provided HR consulting services to clients. In 2012, they joined Murray as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources, where they are currently employed.

Tammi Miller earned their Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, attending from 1990 to 1995. Tammi also holds additional certifications including the SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional) from SHRM and the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
