In addition, Elizabeth serves as an Adjunct Professor at Vermont Law School and previously held roles as a Shareholder/Attorney at BCM Environmental & Land Law and Lambert Coffin, where expertise included agricultural law and hospitality development. Elizabeth co-founded Witten, Woolmington, Campbell & Boepple and has experience in managing a fine dining restaurant that emphasized local sourcing. Elizabeth holds a J.D. from Vermont Law and Graduate School and a B.A. in Theatre from the University of Vermont.
